Exchange and Return Policy

At Holly, our goal is to ensure our customers' satisfaction and we are happy to serve you.

For your safety, Holly does not allow returns or exchanges of its products, except in the following cases only:

Products that arrive to you damaged or defective.

A product different from what you ordered arrived.


To return a damaged/defective or incorrectly sent product

You can exchange/return damaged/defective product within 7 days of purchase.

The product must be in the same condition as received, without any change in shape or appearance, and unused.

We work to satisfy you, so the return/exchange period may take 10 working days from the date of receiving the product.

The amount will be refunded for the damaged/defective product after it reaches us and its condition is verified, and the amount will be transferred to you.
